Every year thousands of bikers get together for a week of fun in the sun at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, U.S.A. Bike Week '97 took place from Monday May 12th - Sunday May 18th. This year my friend Les and I went for the third time and we had a blast. My brother Brett also went down on his Harley FatBoy. The local news reported that way over 100,000 bikes showed up for this event! These bikes included Harleys, racers, customs, and old-time classics. During the day there were many swap meets and runs going on. At night, the streets were packed with bikes and people for as far as the eye could see. Les and I drove my Jeep down and pulled my ZX11 and his '78 Suzuki GS750E on a rented motorcycle trailer.
